More than an engine

Games studios of all sizes use Unity to ideate, build, launch, and monetize their games by leveraging the full power of the platform. However, not all game developers know Unity beyond the core game engine. We set out to close this gap via a campaign that brought together teams from across Unity to conceptualize and launch the company's first brand campaign.

My design team collaborated with the marketing teams from two business units and a third-party design agency to build a Rube Goldberg-inspired universe that presented Unity's value prop in a whimsical style.

The tagline, More Than An Engine, was the building block for highlighting five key areas that brought value to the users.

The team adapted the campaign across all of Unity's digital for about two years, threading across ARR campaigns and events.
